While getting this error “Sorry, this page isn’t available. The link you followed may be broken, or the page may have been removed. Go back to Instagram.” And this just loops, I cleared my Safari saved accounts, and cleared history and nothing worked.
The Solution since Private Relay is the issue.
SOLUTION:
1. Close Safari
2. Go to Settings, iCloud > Disable Private Relay
3. Open Safari log into Instagram, trust the device
4. Enable Private Relay back if you use it
